You product will be shipped usually within 2-4 business days. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, you must provide a valid email address to receive updates regarding your shipment.
For int'l order, we'll contact you regarding shipping charges. The shipping charges in your cart are valid for USA addresses only.
Return Policy:
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. Also we will accept returns of any unused and unopened items(excluding fashion accessories, skin care, makeup products, and Zippo lighters WITH fuel) for exchange or refund of the purchase price. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returned items will be inspected and must be approved by our customer service department. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging. To obtain a Return Authorization Number(RMA) you must notify Customer Service by email.
You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
The only other way to return a product without a restocking fee is if there were any mistakes done on our end of the service, to which we apologize and ask you to kindly report immediately. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.
